As a result, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur due to the inherent characteristics of soy wax. Please consider this before making your purchase, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged Product:
While we take great care in packaging our products, we understand that mishaps can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, kindly reach out to us at contact@aslancandles.com or use our contact page, and we will gladly arrange a refund or replacement at no additional shipping cost.
Incorrect Product:
In the event that you receive an incorrect item from us, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and accompanying photos of the item. To qualify for a refund or replacement, all incorrect items must be returned to our studio in their original condition, with no additional shipping cost incurred.
Processing:
Upon approval of your refund, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
